Some interesting facts about Sri Krishna:-

1. Curses Led To Krishna’s Death.

The Kurukshetra war left all 100 of Gandhari’s children dead. When Krishna approached her to pay his condolences, the grieving mother cursed him along with the Yadu dynasty that both of them would fall in 36 years.
Saga Durvasa was eating kheer in the presence of Krishna. He asked Krishna to apply the rest of the kheer on his feet. Krishna agreed to apply it to his body but not his feet as they were resting on the ground. So, he cursed him that he would die by his feet. As the Yadav dynasty brought about their own destruction after Gandhari’s curse, Krishna went into yoga Samadhi under a tree. Krishna’s foot was mistaken by a hunter, Jara, for an animal and that hunter shot an arrow into his foot. When he realized his mistake, he begged for forgiveness but Krishna revealed that in Tretayug, Krishna was Rama and he had attacked Vali by shooting him from behind and was now reaping the result of his karma. Now, Jara is an avatar of vali and was destined to kill Krishna.

2. Krishna Was Related To Eklavya And Draupadi.

That is why it is believed that Lord Krishna and Draupadi were siblings. Eklavya is a skilled archer who was the son of Devsharavu who was the brother of Vasudev. Lord Krishna grants him a boon to be reincarnated to seek revenge on Dhronacharya who makes Eklavya cut off his right thumb. 3.Hindu Scriptures Have No Record Of Radha.

Though the tales of Radha Krishna is considered one of the greatest love in the world. But surprisingly none of the ancient scriptures, including the Mahabharata and the Shrimad Bhagavatam mention Radha at all. Even Harivansham, a book based on the life of Lord Krishna, does not have any record of Radha.

4. Shri Krishna never married Radha.

Radha represented Jeevatma while Shri Krishna is the Paramatma. Radha's selfless love was the highest form of devotion. And therefore, she merged into Shri Krishna by surrendering herself. Hence, since she had united with him, there arose no need for marriage. And if another legend associated with Radha and Krishna is anything to go by, then the two couldn't get married because of separation. Radha and Krishna were separated because of Shridhama's curse.

Shridhama was a friend and a devotee of Shri Krishna, who believed that Bhakti (devotion) is higher than Prem (live). Therefore, he did not want people to take Radha's name before Krishna's. One day, Shridhama was so furious with Radha that he cursed her by saying that she would lose her memory and forget all about Krishna. Thus, by saying so, he sent her to the Patal Loka for hundred years. Incidentally, this event happened soon after Lord Brahma asked Krishna to take birth on earth as the ninth avatar of Lord Vishnu. Therefore, Krishna did not marry Radha.Radha and Krishna's relationship was spiritual. It was above earthly pleasures, rules and laws. They had united spiritually, and hence there was no need for marriage.

He also revived six sons of Devaki (others were Balarama and himself) for a brief moment of reunion. Their names were: Smara, Udgitha, Parishvanga, Patanga, Kshudrabhrit, and Ghrini. In his earlier birth, Kansa or Kamsa was the Kalanemi, who had been killed by Vishnu. The other six sons of Devaki were the sons of Kalanemi in the previous birth, and they had been cursed by Hiranyakashap that they would die because of their father.
